Job Scope:

  • Work closely with patients including intake interviews, financial assessment and assistance, initial family assessment for care arrangement cases.
  • Liaise with Medical Social Worker to facilitate effective delivery of social work services.
  • Process Medifund applications and submissions at CMMAS to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to patients and family members at reception counter.
  • Follow up on the utilization and disbursement of various applications of funds.
  • Keep track of departmental funds and prepare monthly report.

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma from recognized qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in related job scope will be an advantage.
