Space & Infrastructure Planning
- Review space requests and optimise facility utilisation to support long-term growth
- Develop long-term infrastructure plans for the hospital and wider campus
- Work with internal and external partners to plan, deliver, and track infrastructure projects
- Conduct strategic analyses to guide space and infrastructure decisions
- Support upcoming office renovation projects, creating modern, collaborative, and sustainable workspaces
MOH Liaison
- Review submissions for high-cost technology purchases
- Manage Capital Grant projects, including funding requests and regular fund tracking
New Clinical Services Assessment
- Work with stakeholders to ensure new clinical services are well planned, financially sound, and assessed for quality, safety, and governance before launch
Agreement Management
- Improve and maintain agreement review workflows, ensuring alignment with national, cluster, and hospital strategies
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Other
- Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil / Building / Industrial)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
