What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives across digital platforms, social media, website, internal channels, media, and outreach materials.
  • Create engaging content including articles, presentations, publicity materials, social media content, and communication collaterals to support departmental initiatives and campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with internal communications teams and stakeholders on content development, media coordination, publicity efforts, and communication activities.
  • Manage and maintain website and social media content to ensure accuracy, consistency, relevance, and alignment with branding guidelines.
  • Organise and support departmental events, educational programmes, outreach activities, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, institutions, and community organisations to support public education and outreach initiatives.
  • Support initiatives that promote healthcare services, patient-centred care, clinical excellence, and healthcare innovation.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for departmental activities and projects where required.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree level in Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Journalism or related studies.
  • 3 - 6 years of working experience in communications, digital marketing, content creation, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or event coordination will be advantageous, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to develop engaging and audience‑centric content.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, digital communications, and content management processes.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
