What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies, applying strong storytelling and editorial judgement to position organisational priorities, clinical initiatives, and innovations effectively.
  • Partner closely with clinical and corporate stakeholders, providing strategic communications counsel and ensuring clear, consistent, and audience‑appropriate messaging.
  • Create and manage high‑quality content across platforms (digital, social media, leadership communications), translating complex healthcare topics into engaging and accessible narratives.
  • Lead staff engagement initiatives, leveraging strong stakeholder management and communication skills to foster alignment, morale, and organisational culture.
  • Support crisis communications planning and execution, demonstrating sound judgement, responsiveness, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness using data and engagement insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve reach and impact.
  • Drive content planning and campaign execution with strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3 – 6 years of working experience in corporate communications, preferably within healthcare, public sector, or other regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing and editorial expertise, with experience producing leadership messaging, digital content, and structured communication materials.
  • Proficiency in digital and analytics tools (e.g. social media management platforms, Google Analytics, CMS, basic design tools such as Adobe) with the ability to interpret engagement data and optimise content performance.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communications advisory, with confidence in engaging senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of crisis communications frameworks, issues management, and reputational risk handling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines independently.
  • High level of adaptability, sound judgement, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
