- Ensure accurate, timely monthly closing in line with group and institutional requirements
- Handle statutory reporting and audit requirements, ensuring financials comply with the latest IFRS standards
- Lead and review the grant management process, ensuring accurate grant accounts and compliance with policies and accounting standards
- Contribute to budgeting and rolling forecast exercises at both cluster and hospital level
- Manage operational finance processes, including operating expenditure and accruals, and purchase requisitions and orders
- Support new process and system implementations
- Work closely with internal and external auditors and stakeholders to close audit issues promptly and uphold strong corporate governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
