- Support daily retail pharmacy operations, including opening procedures and ensuring systems and equipment are ready for use.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while managing queues and helping to minimise patient waiting times.
- Operate the cashier and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Promote ongoing retail promotions and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish products, and ensure merchandise is properly stored and maintained.
- Receive incoming goods and assist with stock transfers between retail outlets.
- Support regular stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and perform data entry using SAP.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and preparation of regular sales and inventory reports.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new team members on retail processes and workflows.
- Assist with staff briefings and support continuous improvement activities within the retail pharmacy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
