What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services in accordance with governance and policies.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
  • Administer contracts, ensuring proper governance and risk management.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align project outcomes with healthcare needs.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of project management experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities.
  • Familiarity with PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts preferred.
  • Understanding of infrastructure regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
