What you'll be doing:
- Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation and infrastructure projects.
- Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services in accordance with governance and policies.
- Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Administer contracts, ensuring proper governance and risk management.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to align project outcomes with healthcare needs.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of project management experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities.
- Familiarity with PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
