What you’ll be doing:

- Demonstrated career stability, with sustained tenure and progression in previous organisations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on hiring strategy.
- Track record of building long-term talent pipelines rather than short-term hiring fixes.
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
