  • Demonstrated career stability, with sustained tenure and progression in previous organisations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on hiring strategy.
  • Track record of building long-term talent pipelines rather than short-term hiring fixes.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
