What you'll be doing:
- Assist in facilitating stakeholder sessions to gather system requirements and document enhancements.
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning for medical records and enterprise systems while following security and governance standards.
- Monitor system performance and provide first-line support, escalating issues as needed.
- Generate reports and assist in data validation for registries and metrics.
- Support system rollouts, coordinate user training, and contribute to smooth adoption of new functionalities.
- Assist with system maintenance, updates, and user acceptance testing for improvements.
- Maintain logs, track requests, and provide analytics and administrative support for population health projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives and support process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Management/ Information Systems/ Data Analytics or related studies.
- 2 years of working experience in healthcare IT/ systems analysis/ analytics.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., NGEMR, Epic) and enterprise tools (M365, ADID).
- Basic report generation and data validation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
