Job Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and support to patients in homecare or SOC settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, toileting, feeding and changing diapers
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general condition
- Support patients with physical maintenance exercises and mobility assistance
- Set up meals and ensure patients’ comfort and safety
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
- Work closely with caregivers, family members and healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare-related discipline
