We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support financial planning, service costing, and operational performance tracking within a healthcare environment. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, resource optimisation, and sustainable service planning across clinical operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support service planning, workload analysis, and operational decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and develop workload projections for new and existing clinical services.
- Analyse service performance, KPIs, and operational trends to support management reporting and planning.
- Assist in service costing and pricing inputs to ensure accurate and consistent financial assumptions.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles at operational level.
- Monitor and update CAPEX utilisation, ensuring proper tracking and alignment with approved plans.
- Prepare and consolidate operational performance reports for management review and decision-making.
- Act as the key liaison with the Finance department for operational finance matters, reporting inputs, and CAPEX updates.
- Monitor service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.
- Support operational planning, reporting automation, and data visualisation efforts where applicable.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Healthcare Administration or similar studies.
- 1 – 3 years of working experience in operations/finance/healthcare analytics or business planning, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong Excel skills (financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis); Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
- Good understanding of budgeting, costing, and variance analysis principles.
- Ability to analyse operational and financial data (workload, KPI, utilisation trends).
- Experience coordinating with Finance or working in reporting cycles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight timelines.
