What you'll be doing:

  • Partner clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities where data analytics can support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Support analysis of workload trends, service performance, financial indicators, and operational metrics across departments.
  • Assist in charge code creation and service costing processes while ensuring alignment with operational and billing requirements.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management reporting and business planning.
  • Support analysis on fee revisions, new service implementation, workload trends, and revenue performance across various services.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis to generate meaningful operational insights.
  • Support development of reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor operational initiatives, performance outcomes, and process improvement efforts.
  • Support data governance, reporting accuracy, and operational analytics initiatives within the organisation.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics/ Finance/ Data Analytics/ Healthcare Management/ Business Administration or related studies.
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in healthcare operations, finance analytics, business analytics, or reporting roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, reporting systems, data visualisation, or analytics platforms will be advantageous.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across clinical and operational teams.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
