What you'll be doing
Lead the day-to-day operations of specialist outpatient clinics to ensure efficient patient flow, service delivery and operational continuity
Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and rostering to optimise workforce utilisation and support clinical operations
Supervise and develop clinic operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Partner closely with clinicians, academic teams and corporate departments to support clinical services, teaching activities and operational priorities
Manage the procurement, commissioning, maintenance and lifecycle of medical equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on equipment servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance and procurement activities
Monitor operational performance, patient feedback and service indicators, driving process improvements and service recovery initiatives
Support quality assurance, audit activities, incident management and compliance with healthcare regulations, organisational policies and governance standards
Coordinate the implementation and support of clinical systems, working with users and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
Support operational planning, budgeting, resource optimisation and departmental projects to improve service efficiency and patient outcomes
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management/ Business Administration or related studies
3 - 5 years of working experience leading healthcare operations within hospitals/ specialist outpatient clinics/ polyclinics or other clinical settings
Experience managing clinic operations, manpower planning, patient flow and multidisciplinary stakeholder coordination
Exposure to medical equipment management, vendor management, quality improvement or healthcare compliance will be advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and automation tools such as Excel, Power Query or Power Automate
Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently
