Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Fire Safety functions to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager and WSH Officer, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and fire drills to maintain a high standard of workplace safety and emergency preparedness.
Manage fire safety systems, licences, and certifications, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with authorities.
Oversee permit-to-work processes and ensure proper control of high-risk activities.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and stakeholders on all EHS and fire safety matters.
Develop and implement SOPs, risk assessments, and safety initiatives to enhance overall safety performance.
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management or related studies.
- Certified and registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in EHS/ facilities management/ environmental engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and practices, with exposure to environmental engineering preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with good planning and organisational skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while driving safety and compliance standards.
