(Senior) Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications (Healthcare) in Penarth

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, and internal communication channels.

2. Create engaging content for marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, articles, websites, and social media platforms.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communications teams to coordinate publicity, media opportunities, and promotional initiatives.

4. Plan, organise, and support events, educational programmes, and community engagement activities.

5. Maintain and update website and social media content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

6. Partner with external organisations and stakeholders to deliver public education and outreach initiatives.

7. Promote healthcare services, programmes, and innovations through effective storytelling and marketing strategies.

8. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and events.

9. Monitor project timelines and support multiple communications initiatives simultaneously.

10. Provide administrative and operational support for departmental projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Communications or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
