What you’ll be doing:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities across healthcare service units.
- Monitor operational performance, workload trends, KPIs, and utilisation reports across multiple sites.
- Assist in service costing, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments for new and existing healthcare services.
- Track CAPEX utilisation and support operational finance reporting and analysis.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making and resource planning.
- Work closely with Finance and operational stakeholders on reporting, budgeting, and service planning matters.
- Support process improvement, operational analytics, and ad-hoc projects within the department.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Analytics, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
- Comfortable working with data, financial information, and operational reports.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
