Job Scope:
- Assist doctors and healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient service delivery.
- Demonstrate basic skills and knowledge in patient care services.
- Perform all neurophysiological and neurosonographical diagnostic tests as ordered by doctors.
- Handle preliminary test reporting.
- Record test results in the computer and submit reports to doctors for review.
- Ensure timely dispatch of reports to clinics and wards within the stipulated timeframe.
- File reports properly for easy retrieval.
- Use consumables and supplies appropriately and cost-effectively.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of supplies and consumables.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Check and calibrate lab equipment regularly, including emergency equipment, to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain service and maintenance records of all equipment.
- Handle patient feedback, enquiries, and perform service recovery when necessary.
- Participate in service quality programs and activities.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science / Biomedical Science / Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years of related work experience in clinical service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
