What you'll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and renewal of employment contracts
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees
- Coordinate foreign worker medical claims, including liaising with clinics and insurers
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Diploma level in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies
- 1 - 4 years of working experience in HR operations, preferably within healthcare
- Basic knowledge of work pass processing is advantageous
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in MS Office with good coordination and communication skills
