What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics, including performance tracking and gap analysis.
- Organise and maintain HR shared services datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through regular audit checks.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and service delivery metrics.
- Provide administrative support including coordination of meetings, project tracking, documentation, and management of IT assets and office supplies.
- Support HR initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- Diploma in HR, Business, Analytics, or related studies.
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in HR operations/ HR shared services/ HR analytics or administrative/ data support roles.
- Hands‑on experience in data consolidation, reporting, or dashboard tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); exposure to Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- Detail‑oriented with good analytical and organisational skills.
- Able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
