What you'll be doing
- Support the enhancement of Power Automate workflows for specialist hiring and onboarding processes
- Assist with HR process reviews and identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated
- Consolidate, clean and maintain HR data from existing systems in structured Excel master files
- Develop practical Excel/VBA tools to reduce manual work and improve day-to-day efficiency
- Support the setup and improvement of process flows for specialist recruitment and onboarding
- Perform data checks and validation to ensure HR information is accurate and properly maintained
- Work with HR team members to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical tools
- Assist with testing and refining automated workflows and process improvements
- Maintain proper documentation and trackers for HR processes and automation initiatives
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required
What we're looking for
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA or Power Automate is an advantage
- Meticulous with good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
- Practical problem-solver who enjoys finding simpler ways of doing things
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
