What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute end-to-end healthcare research, evaluation, and data analysis projects.
- Develop and support evaluation frameworks, research methodologies, and analytical approaches.

- Translate stakeholder needs into structured research questions and analytics solutions.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics/ Research/ Sciences or related studies.
- 2 – 4 years of working experience in healthcare research/ evaluation/ data analytics roles.
- Strong background in healthcare research methodologies/ programme evaluation/ applied statistics.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent statistical/ visualisation tools.
- Experience in designing or supporting research studies, surveys, or evaluation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience.
- Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively.
- Good understanding of data governance, research ethics, and data protection principles.
- Prior experience in healthcare, public health, or clinical research environments is highly preferred.
