What you'll be doing:
- Support work planning, budgeting, and operational coordination for assigned service point(s).
- Manage procurement activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and tracking.
- Oversee daily operations and support operational issue resolution relating to patient experience, patient flow, wait time, admissions, billing, and service delivery.
- Work closely with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Drive workflow reviews, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancement projects.
- Manage and follow up on feedback, complaints, and service recovery matters to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required.
- Support implementation of operational policies, new initiatives, and process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related studies.
- Similar working experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinic operations, or service management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Positive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
