Our client is a leading M&E contractor and they are looking for an Electrical Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on data center and mission‑critical projects, with strong exposure to electrical systems, coordination, and full project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub‑contractors, and vendors to execute works within the given timeframe.
  • Resolve site issues with supervisors, sub‑contractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties.
  • Co‑ordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives, including attending site co‑ordination meetings.
  • Plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance with the master schedule.
  • Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage, ensuring those items meet the targeted schedule, productivity, quality, and within quantities.
  • Enforce and monitor that supervisors, workers, and sub‑contractors abide by safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.
  • Prepare shop drawings, ‘AS‑Built’ drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in a project manager position.
  • Candidates with some MEP design experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to lead a team and manage difficult stakeholders.
