What you'll be doing:

  • Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics.
  • Perform audits and analysis of HR performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and organise HR datasets, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and incident trends.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Diploma in Information Technology/Statistics/Human Resource or related studies.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in analytics or data-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
