Job Scope
- Provide administrative and operational support for residency programme activities and events.
- Coordinate resident onboarding processes, including preparation of training documentation, IT and clinical system access, staff identification, name tags, and other onboarding essentials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for residents, including rotation schedules, leave applications, and movement tracking.
- Manage and update records related to faculty and resident development, scholarly activities, continuing medical education (CME) attendance, training duration, and duty hours.
- Process and monitor applications for personal training and development funding.
- Compile reports related to peer review learning activities and training milestones.
- Administer conference-related applications for doctors, including leave and claims processing.
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding resident deployment with clarity and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare or educational institutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
