Job Scope
- Dual-role Communications position supporting cluster-level internal communications and organisation-wide communications
- Design and manage cross-media content across print and digital platforms (eDMs, e-newsletters, intranet, website, print collateral, etc.)
- Develop internal announcements, event-related creatives, and publicity materials
- Plan and produce photography and video content for communications use
- Manage and coordinate multiple communications projects from concept to execution
- Ensure consistency and effective application of corporate identity and branding across all platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, communications teams, and external vendors
- Support internal publicity campaigns to foster staff engagement and pride
- Maintain and curate a centralised photo asset bank
- Assist with other communications-related duties including event management, photo shoots, and video shoots
Job Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia or equivalent, strong portfolio to be presented during interview
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and interactive media design (in-house or agency)
- Hybrid designer with basic coding abilities for email campaigns
- Strong capabilities in both digital and print design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of email marketing, digital platforms, and social media
- Good writing skills and strong project management skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organised
