Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership and the department.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, manage schedules, and support the documentation of meeting outcomes.
Manage claims, billing processes, and administrative records while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Oversee office administration, including IT assets, equipment maintenance, and coordination with internal support teams.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and asset management.
Coordinate departmental rosters and provide cross-functional administrative support when required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
Maintain accurate records, safeguard confidential information, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Requirement
