What you'll be doing:
- Implement and administer nursing departmental training programmes, operational procedures, and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate and maintain training records, competency documentation, and related administrative requirements.
- Review, standardise, and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to nursing leadership and departmental teams.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on administrative matters, system usage, and documentation requirements.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of administrative systems and digital records within the Nursing Department.
- Assist in data collation, reporting, and documentation for departmental reviews, audits, and initiatives.
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives and provide support for events and projects as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies.
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in healthcare administration, nursing administration, or hospital operations.
- Strong organisational, documentation, analytical and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with administrative systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
