What you'll be doing:
- Support the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics.
- Perform audits and analysis of HR performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and organise HR datasets, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
- Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and incident trends.
- Provide administrative support, including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation.
- Manage tracking of IT assets and office resources where required.
- Participate in HR projects and support process improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Information Technology/Statistics/Human Resource or related studies.
- 1-3 years of working experience in analytics or data-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
