What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with clinical departments to identify, design, and implement data analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead development of data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to generate actionable healthcare insights.
  • Oversee charge code creation by applying service and billing rules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse impact of service changes, revisions, workload trends, and performance indicators to guide business decisions.
  • Manage preparation of timely financial and operational reports, including service-level cost and revenue analysis.
  • Develop and drive data analytics strategy, including data extraction, transformation (ETL), and integration with visualisation and AI tools.
  • Establish automated reporting templates and dashboards for recurring performance tracking across departments.
  • Monitor key metrics and evaluate outcomes of initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Lead process automation efforts to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data insights with organisational goals and healthcare priorities.
