What you'll be doing:

- Oversee charge code creation by applying service and billing rules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyse impact of service changes, revisions, workload trends, and performance indicators to guide business decisions.
- Manage preparation of timely financial and operational reports, including service-level cost and revenue analysis.
- Develop and drive data analytics strategy, including data extraction, transformation (ETL), and integration with visualisation and AI tools.

- Monitor key metrics and evaluate outcomes of initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
