What you'll be doing:

  • Support research activities including data collection, entry, literature reviews, and documentation.
  • Assist in study recruitment, participant coordination, informed consent, and monitoring.
  • Handle ethics submissions, regulatory compliance, and communication with sponsors and collaborators.
  • Prepare reports, study applications, presentations, and research materials.
  • Support budget preparation, agreements, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with venepuncture and tissue collection for biobanking.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/ Public Health/ Psychology/ Nursing or related studies.
  • Prior experience in research or healthcare projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and ethical guidelines (e.g. IRB submissions).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools (e.g. STATA, SPSS, Python, R, or Excel) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
