Provide basic nursing care and support to patients in homecare or SOC settings.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, toileting, feeding and changing diapers.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general condition.
Support patients with physical maintenance exercises and mobility assistance.
Set up meals and ensure patients’ comfort and safety.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Work closely with caregivers, family members and healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare-related discipline.
- Valid SNB & BCLS.
