Manage daily operations and service delivery at assigned service points to ensure smooth patient care and a positive patient experience.
Support work planning, budgeting, and implementation of operational initiatives.
Manage procurement activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Collaborate with Clinic Managers, Nurse Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational and system-related issues.
Monitor patient flow and service efficiency (including registration, admissions, billing, and waiting time), and manage resource allocation effectively.
Handle feedback and complaints, support workflow improvements, and perform additional duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/HOD.
Requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
