Job Description:
- Register patients, verify personal information, and manage appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Provide frontline customer service by attending to patients' enquiries, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Prepare and process patient bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds in accordance with hospital policies.
- Process insurance claims, corporate billing, and healthcare financing schemes (e.g., Medisave, MediShield Life), ensuring billing accuracy.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update information in the hospital system, and ensure compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, finance teams, and other departments to support efficient patient care and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
