Workshop Team Leader β Fabrication & Machining
Location: Telford
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (39 hours/week)
Pay: Β£18.00 β Β£19.00 per hour (DOE)
A well-established sheet metal fabrication company, specialising in mild and stainless steel, is seeking a proactive and experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee a skilled team of welders, fabricators, and machinists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations within the workshop.
- Supervise and support a team of welders, fabricators, and machinists.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a workshop leadership role.
