This Customer Services Representative role offers the opportunity to join a company known for supplying specialist products into demanding global markets. The European team continues to grow due to increasing customer demand, creating an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to develop within the business.
As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be joining a collaborative team where customer service, communication and attention to detail are highly valued. This role is fully office-based and offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers across the EMEIA region.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
- Processing and updating orders within the ERP system
- Communicating order amendments and updates to customers
- Working closely with internal departments and shipping teams to coordinate deliveries
- Managing customer enquiries, complaints and post-sales support activities

Key Requirements
To be considered for this Customer Services Representative, you will need:
- Previous customer service or customer support experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple activities within a fast-paced environment
French or German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.

- Fully office-based position
