Site Manager - Social Housing Roofing - Ramsgate
£270 per day
Initial 6-week contract with potential extension
The Role:
- Managing social housing roofing projects occupied and tenanted properties
- Overseeing subcontractors, site activities, health & safety, and programme delivery
- Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
- Building positive relationships with residents, clients and operational teams
- Working closely with the wider project team to achieve contract objectives
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing roofing projects
- Experience working in occupied and tenanted properties
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out regular site inspections involving ladders and scaffold access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT and reporting skills
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Respectful, professional and resident-focused attitude
- Team player with the ability to build strong working relationships
