Full time hours on a temporarybasis
- Delivering complex public sector procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award.
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of the Procurement Act 2023.
- Proven track record of managing high-value procurement exercises and contract awards, including projects valued from £200k to £10m.
- Experience procuring Adult Social Care, Public Health, Health & Wellbeing, Supported Living, Assessment Services, or other commissioned services.
- Ideally experience conducting Light Touch Regime (LTR) procurements.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously and deliver within challenging timescales.
- Experience developing procurement strategies, sourcing approaches, tender documentation, evaluation methodologies, and procurement plans.
