Role and Responsibilities
As a Procurement Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Raising and managing purchase orders to support production requirements
- Chasing suppliers and maintaining accurate delivery information within the MRP system
- Monitoring stock levels and helping to resolve material shortages
- Taking a proactive approach to supplier communication and order progression
- Working closely with Production, Stores and Quality teams to support manufacturing activities

Key Requirements
To be considered for this Procurement Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience within procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration
- Experience raising and managing purchase orders
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using MRP or ERP systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams
