Asset Support Officer needed in Northampton
This is a temporary role and the rate is Β£14.10ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a confident, organised and customer-focused team player who takes ownership of their workload and contributes positively to a busy Asset Management service. They will handle enquiries with professionalism, provide clear communication to tenants, contractors and colleagues, and ensure all correspondence, records and systems are maintained to a high standard.
They will coordinate day-to-day administration, manage diaries, prepare agendas and minutes, and support the delivery of inspections and works through accurate tracking, reporting and dashboard updates. They will demonstrate strong attention to detail when raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assessing contractor quotations, and will proactively monitor tasks through to completion. A collaborative approach, reliability and the ability to support both technical staff and the Administration Apprentice will be essential, along with a commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality service.
