This school is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team. Duties as a Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach mathematics across Key Stage [Insert Key Stage(s)], ensuring high standards of learning and progress.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including practical applications and technology, to engage students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the maths curriculum and share best teaching practices.
- Support extracurricular activities, such as maths clubs, competitions, or enrichment programs.
Ideal Maths Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
- Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and supporting students’ development.
