Interim Senior MEP Planner
Location: Manchester / North West
Working pattern: Hybrid β 2 days per week in the office
Contract: Interim or Permanent (candidate dependent)
Rate:Up to Β£550.00per day
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior MEP Planner to join a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor on an interim basis, supporting multiple projects across the North West.
This is a key planning role working across a number of live projects, including major healthcare schemes, with the opportunity to take ownership of programmes and work closely with project teams across the region.
The role:

Develop, manage and update detailed MEP programmes across multiple projects

Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial and Engineering teams to monitor progress

Identify programme risks, delays and opportunities for recovery

Provide accurate reporting and programme updates to senior stakeholders

Support project teams with planning, sequencing and programme strategy

Potentially provide support and guidance to other planners, although direct line management is not essential

Work closely with the Regional Planning Manager for the North West
We're looking for:

Strong experience as a Planner / Senior Planner within an MEP environment

Strong mechanical and electrical construction knowledge

Experience working for a Tier 1 MEP contractor is preferred, but not essential

Proven ASTA Powerproject experience β essential

Experience managing programmes across multiple projects

Strong understanding of MEP sequencing and construction delivery

Healthcare project experience would be advantageous

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a great opportunity for an experienced MEP Planner who is comfortable operating at Senior level and can quickly take ownership of multiple programmes within a busy regional team.
