- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
- Drive improvement in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes
- Lead and develop a high-performing staff team

- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community
- Ensure safeguarding remains at the heart of all school practices
- Work collaboratively with trust leaders and stakeholders
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven senior leadership experience within a primary setting
- Experience of leading school improvement and raising attainment
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff teams
- Strategic vision combined with strong operational leadership
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
