We're working with a growing organisation looking to add an experienced BI Developer to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Dynamics 365 CE , business analysis, and data analytics who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful business insights.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to drive data-led decision-making through the development of robust reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using data from Dynamics 365 CE and other business systems.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Work with stakeholders to identify trends, improve reporting capabilities, and support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years’ experience in BI Development, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM data.
- Previous business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with Power BI , SQL , and Microsoft data technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
