Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale Salesforce programmes and associated business transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and benefits realisation frameworks.
- Oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define programme scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change controls.
- Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure successful implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated integrations.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, assurance, and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and change management.
- Manage supplier relationships and contract performance to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
- Lead programme steering groups, workshops, and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure programme deliverables comply with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to maximise the value of Salesforce investments.
- Oversee transition activities and ensure successful handover into operational support and business-as-usual environments.
