Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- Support children within the Early Years setting in line with the EYFS Framework
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
- Foster children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, colleagues, and parents to support individual needs
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
