KS2 Teacher (Year 3/4)
Full-Time Maternity Cover 2nd November Start Until End of Academic Year

Duties as KS2 Teacher:
- Teach a mixed Year 3/4 class
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Undertake full classroom teacher responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings, and school events
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing
Please note: There are no additional Health & Safety responsibilities attached to this position.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Experience planning and delivering engaging lessons for mixed-ability learners
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
