What will you be doing?
- Learning professional knife skills
- Dicing and preparing food products
- Following food production procedures
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Following instructions and maintaining consistent quality
