My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency who have been established for many years located in the heart of Birmingham City. They specialise in high-quality residential sales and lettings, offering a boutique approach that blends expertise with exceptional customer service. They are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge and play a key role in their continued success. This is more than a typical Sales Manager role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of the sales department and drive both personal and company growth. You’ll lead all aspects of their resale portfolio while spearheading sales for their landmark new build project. They need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of leasehold sales in Birmingham, and knows how to sell not just a property but the city itself as an investment destination.

Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Manager Role:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure we maintain our competitive edge.
  • Support the Lettings department during any quieter periods.
  • Own the full sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless client and customer journey.
  • Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes and hand over agreed sales to our Sales Progression team.
  • Position Birmingham as an attractive investment hub, leveraging market knowledge to sell not just properties but lifestyle and opportunity.
  • Work closely with developers, the sales progression team, and key stakeholders to optimise sales strategies for new build projects.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide detailed market insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Lead by example, ensuring a customer-first approach in every interaction.

Skills Required:

  • Have proven experience in a senior sales role within the property sector.
