Electrician - Social Housing Maintenance

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, looking for an experienced Electrician to join their social housing maintenance team, covering Dundee and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician with experience in domestic maintenance and social housing environments.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical maintenance and installation works, including:
- EICRs and electrical testing
- Remedial and repair works
- Bathroom and kitchen rewiring/wiring
- General electrical maintenance within social housing properties
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification – essential
- Previous experience in domestic maintenance/social housing preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical testing, inspection and remedial works
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and reliable approach to work
